Your Privacy Is Important to Us

Foundations Community Partnership (FCP) is committed to respecting your privacy. We have created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our commitment to our supporters and other visitors to our Web site.

  • FCP does not rent, sell or exchange the email or postal addresses of our supporters or other constituents.
  • FCP never sends unsolicited bulk email and adheres to a strict anti-spam policy. We will only email those individuals who have elected (“opted-in”) to receive email from us. You can change your status to “opt-out” by emailing us at csinton@fcpartnership.org
  • We will never give any information about you to others without your express permission unless we are required to do so by law. The only exception to this rule is in the case of legitimate service providers (see more below) such as our   email/newsletter service provider.

Web Forms:
Our site uses forms in which you give us contact information (like your name, address, and email address). We use your personal information only when it will be important for us to contact you regarding your information requests. We will use your contact information to communicate with you only if you have chosen (“opted-in”) to receive such communications from us. E-mail Messages:
If a user wishes to subscribe to our email communications, we ask for contact information such as name and email address. Other visitor information may be used to customize the message content and information for that individual.

Site Statistics:
We use non-personal information gathered about you from our site statistics (for example your IP address) to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. We also gather broad demographic information from this data to help us improve our site and make your browsing experience more enjoyable.

Updating Your Account Information:
