Foundations Welcomes New Board Members

Doylestown, PA (Feb. 5, 2008) -- - Foundations Community Partnership, a non-profit foundation supporting the behavioral health and human service needs of children and young adults in Bucks County, welcomes Richard Coe, Ed.D., Dave Thompson, Gail Friedman, and Kevin Crawford to its Board of Directors for a three-year term.

  Dr. Coe is Executive Director, Kids Voting in Southeast Pennsylvania and a resident of Washington Crossing, PA. He was formerly Executive Director of the Bucks County Intermediate Unit #22 in Doylestown, PA.
     
  Dave Thompson is president of Thompson Networks, a customized voice and data solutions provider based in Doylestown, PA. Dave is a long-time supporter of many community organizations, including Family Services Association of Bucks County, Central Bucks Family YMCA and the Bux Mont Katrina Relief effort.
     
  Yardley, PA resident Gail Friedman is a Planner with the Bucks County Planning Commission in Doylestown, PA. She earned herMaster’s degree in urban planning from Rutgers University and a Master’s in Journalism from Boston University.
     
  Kevin Crawford, CPA is the Senior Vice President of Bucks County Bank in Doylestown, PA. Kevin also teaches corporate finance and accounting at Holy Family University and has served as a vice president with many local banks, including First County Bank, First Service Bank and CoreStates Bank.

Foundations Community Partnership (FCP) develops community-focused, youth-based service learning opportunities, provides grants and scholarships, and supports community education, research and training.
