All FCP Grants are awarded only to non-profit human service organizations serving children, youth and families in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
Foundations Community Partnership reviews grant applications for Partnership in Youth Services and Bucks Innovation and Improvement (BIIG) grants from Bucks County non-profit organizations serving children, youth and families.
Types of Grants. Click on each for more information:
- Partnership in Youth Services Program (PYS)
Deadline: September 1st: Awarded in the fall of each year. Applications will be mailed to eligible organizations each spring.
- Bucks Innovation and Improvement Grants (BIIG)
Deadlines: Fall - October 1st, Spring - April 1st:
Development Grants: Rolling application and review process. Grants awarded in the fall and spring of each year.
- Capital Improvement Grants
Deadline: Fall - October 1st, Spring - April 1st: Applications will be reviewed for capital projects including structural improvements to the facility (bricks & mortar, such as new buildings or additions to existing buildings,) or extensive renovation or addition of durable equipment to an existing structure.
- Emergency Action Grants:
(Limited & determined on a case by case basis.)
Site visits will be made and the due-diligence process recommended by the Council on Foundations (www.cof.org) will be followed.

FCP does not fund the following:
- For-profit organizations
- Deficit financing/debt reduction
- Advertising publications
- Religious or Political Activities
- Umbrella funding organizations/pass through organizations
- Stand-alone research
Applications for funding may only be made once every twelve months for each type of Grant, regardless of the FCP decision on previously submitted applications. Each organization may apply for differnet types of Grants orServices within the same year. (For example, an organization may receivei both a PYD Grant and a BIIG Award in the same year).
All decisions as to the final award or the amounts of grants shall be at the sole discretion of Foundations Community Parnership, whose decision shall be final.
